The website is free to register. Once you are registered there are options open to members that involve a subscription payment or once off payment. 

We support all our members and endeavour to answer all queries within 48 hours.

Yes any subscription payments can be cancelled at anytime,

To cancel a subscription payment , click on setting and select the cancel your subscription option. 

There are a number of ways that you can verify your account.

1. Email verification
2. Social Media Verification
3. Identity Verification

To access these options you must login into your account and click the verify link under your profile image on the navigation bar.
Accounts that are verified will be displayed in the search results to other members with a blue icon beside the verification method. 

Verified accounts receive more views than non verified accounts.

As a Member of TrustedCarers.ie, to be able to read your responses to your advert, check your inbox, and send messages, you will need to upgrade your account
As an carer, all you need is a fully approved profile and a public photo to start messaging.

Profiles enter the approval process in the order they were received. This usually takes less than 24-48 hours, however if the site is experiencing a high volume, this process may take longer.

Click on your username in the top right corner then choosing Settings from the drop-down menu that appears.
Select "payment Information"
